True Love and Living

Yes – I know it’s March, not February and I know February with its star – Valentine’s Day – is the month we reserve for romantic love…what? There’s ONE official month to talk about romance?

Does this work? Well maybe as a commemoration or a reminder. But what about love? Everyday love, is there such a thing? I say yes there is and I say it is stronger and more resilient than that one day in February. I say it is real.

When we can match our love to the person, the one who is really right there, right in front of us in our everyday lives? Then we have true love.

It might take work. I mean, the smelly socks, the whiskers in the sink…these things can disgust us and distract us from true love.

But to love the whole package and to be loved in return (in your whole package)?

This is LIVING! This is true love.
