Els, Our Lady of the Night

Here is how I picture Els, from The House of Bliss. As the first leading lady of the series, Els appears in each book of the series. So of course I thought about her a lot before I even started writing.

I wanted someone who occurs as gutsy and elegant at the same time. The fire and the -oh wait – the fire and the steam – who needs ice in a steamy romance? Not me.

The House of Bliss starts out with our heroine in danger. Of course she’s in danger, she’s a feminist and maybe, maybe she’s a sex worker. What? In our ultra-modern society of women’s empowerment, can this be?

And how can we ever have this scenario lead to a life lived happily ever after? We know in romance books this is the one and only certainty, happily ever after, but what does our alpha hero have to say about this? But, but, but, WHAT?!

I promise you will love the steamy twists and romantic suspense of the kick-off to The Bliss House Series, Book 1, The House of Bliss!
